We follow-up with other agents that show your property and provide feedback on your property directly to you. We can also arrange to have your home staged and make professional recommendations to help your property sell.
• Professional Representation Throughout the Home Selling Process: With over 25 years of experience behind J and F Associates, you can feel confident that you will be in good hands during the Home Selling process. We will be on your side every step of the way. On your behalf, we receive and manage offers on your Property; we negotiate details of the deal; we coordinate communications between the Buyer’s lender, the Buyer’s agent and the Title Company; and we are present during your final signing appointment with the Title Company.
